Madeleine Rostad

Madeleine Rostad is a third-year undergraduate student at the University of Richmond studying Biochemistry and Molecular Biology. She lives and works in Wenham, MA. As an intern at ASAPbio, Madeleine hopes to provide valuable perspective into how preprints can be integrated into undergraduate education. This summer, Madeleine will be working with life science professors to encourage academic discourse about preprints and trust in publication, as well as organizing a local event in the Boston area to raise awareness for ASAPbio’s cause. She will also collaborate with ASAPbio’s Communications Assistant to expand the our digital outreach and social media presence. Madeleine is excited to use this opportunity to educate others about preprints and how they can be used to advance novel research.
