Today, we’re thrilled to announce the ASAPbio Fellow program – a six-month program structured to provide participants with tools and skills to drive discussions about the productive use of preprints in the life sciences, and to become ASAPbio representatives at their institutions or scientific conferences.
Participants in the ASAPbio Fellow program will engage in a schedule of activities including monthly webinars, contribution of blog posts or outreach resources as well as activities aimed at developing outreach and leadership skills. The ASAPbio Fellows are also part of the larger ASAPbio Community, by joining the Fellow program, you will have an opportunity to get updates around preprints use, connect with others with an interest in preprints and help spark conversations about the benefits and challenges of preprint posting.
Applications to participate in the program are open until May 15. The Fellow program will run from June to November 2020. Upon completion of the program, participants will be listed as ASAPbio Fellows on the website.
Want to find out more about the program? Additional information is available on the program Handbook, or you can email us at iratxe.puebla@asapbio.org.
