Katie Corker

As executive director (since 2024), Katie oversees all organizational strategy and initiatives.

Background: Katie earned a PhD in psychology from Michigan State University in 2012. Her interest in preprints was kindled in her role as executive officer of SIPS (the Society for the Improvement of Psychological Science), which launched and continues to steward PsyArXiv, the community-run preprint server for psychology research. Prior to joining ASAPbio, she was a faculty member at Kenyon College and Grand Valley State University, as well as a community engagement advisor for the Center for Open Science. She lives and works in Grand Rapids, MI, USA.
